Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to products purchased through the Charlestowne Digital online store. Equipment quoted through a sales representative may have different delivery, installation or freight terms shown on the proposal.

Standard Shipping on A4 Systems

For products specifically marked Standard Shipping Included, standard freight within the contiguous United States is included in the listed online price. No separate standard-shipping charge will be added for those products at checkout.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or other locations requiring special freight handling may require a separate freight quote before the order is accepted.

Drop Shipping

Some equipment may ship directly from an authorized distributor or other fulfillment location rather than from our Charleston office. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Charleston-Area Delivery, Setup & Installation

Standard shipping does not include onsite setup, network configuration, workstation installation or user training unless specifically stated in the order. Charleston-area customers may request local delivery, setup and installation as a separate service.

Local pickup may also be available for eligible orders by arrangement with Charlestowne Digital.

Delivery Timing

Product availability and carrier transit times vary. Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless Charlestowne Digital agrees otherwise in writing.

Inspecting Your Shipment

Please inspect equipment and packaging promptly after delivery. If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging and contact Charlestowne Digital as soon as possible so we can help document the damage and determine the appropriate next step.

A3 Systems and Configured Equipment

Most A3 multifunction systems and larger configured solutions are quoted individually. Freight, delivery, installation, accessories and service coverage for those systems will be shown on the applicable proposal rather than governed by the A4 online-store shipping offer.
